Program Overview
REVIVE is a 12-week returnship designed for professionals, especially women, who have taken a break from the workforce and are ready to return with purpose. Participants gain real-time project experience, mentorship, and access to curated learning tools.

Who Should Apply
We welcome professionals who:
- Have 2+ years of prior work experience
- Have taken a career break of 24 months or more
- Are exploring opportunities in tech, operations, marketing, HR, finance, or consulting
- Are eager to re-skill and contribute in a dynamic environment
- Aspire to return with purpose, confidence, and support

Duration: 8 to 12 weeks
Locations: Remote and hybrid options (VDart US and India)
Employment Type: Fixed-term contract with potential for full-time employment
