From joining VDart as a fresher and receiving an introductory email from the CEO to the customer even before the first-anniversary email from HR I knew I was in for something special.
As I progressed through the ranks, from the youngest Team Lead to the youngest Delivery Account Lead and now the youngest Delivery Account Manager, I came to realize that age is just a number at VDart. What truly matters is skill, dedication, and hard work. Being a part of an organization that values talent and recognizes hard work above all else is truly exhilarating.
I am proud to be associated with VDart and excited to be part of a team that always aims for excellence.

Back in 2023, our team received a request for support from another team and we were happy to help. We worked hard together and put in significant effort to assist them, especially with the delivery side of a newly acquired account. Thanks to everyone’s dedication and hard work, we were honored with the Highest Growth special award at the RnR 2023 event, which was a huge recognition of our achievements. It was an amazing experience that showed us the power of teamwork and how we can achieve incredible things when we work together.

Cricket is my passion and one of the most important parts of my life outside of work. I love the challenge of the game and the camaraderie that comes with being part of a team. Whether it’s a casual game with friends or a competitive match, cricket always manages to bring a smile to my face and a sense of joy to my heart.
