End Client Overview:

The client is a hybrid cloud services company that has been involved in the business for over 26 years. The client prides itself in simplifying management and data across the cloud which help accelerate digital transformation. The client’s revenue is $5.6 billion and has been in the fortune 500 since 2012 and reaches out to over 140 countries. The client is most known for their file-oriented product which outperforms many major competitors such as EMC, Hitachi, and IBM.

The Situation:

The client was working on a project in which workers with highly qualified workers were needed for leading edge Oracle and Hyperion technologies. Since the client holds its employees to the highest standards, many partners were not meeting the client’s SLA’S (Service Level Agreement, a contract between the service provider and the end user defining the level of service needed).

The client also had a variety of locations around the world which made turnaround times very tight, and their required needs were much above the standard requirements.
