On November 25th, 2022, the VDart Group of companies and all those associated with us came together from across the globe to celebrate our purpose and commemorate the important milestones at VConverge, A VDart group symposium.
VDart Group celebrated this year’s achievements and our People, Culture, and Purpose. Here’s a glimpse-
VDart Group’s journey of purpose and growth
VDart’s journey is one of aspiration to inspire and build opportunities for people with an extraordinary entrepreneurial spirit and the purpose of improving the trajectory of people’s lives.
VDart’s Founder and CEO, Sidd Ahmed, a native of Trichy, chose to build VDart’s offshore delivery and development centers in Trichy with a core purpose to create Information Technology related job opportunities for its growing and educated population, with a vision to transform Trichy into an IT hub in Tamil Nadu.
Sidd Ahmed and Oliver Sam shared the VDart journey of purpose-driven growth and development with all employees. Over the years, VDart has grown to $300+ million in revenue, with a global workforce of 4000+ located in over 10 countries. Our services have expanded from workforce solutions to digital engineering, blockchain product development, mobility solutions, and managed services through the VDart Group of companies, i.e., VDart, Dimiour, Vouch, and Trustpeople.
Dimiour
Dimiour, a VDart group company, is a leading global technology & business consulting services organization that pairs people, technology, and expertise to create solutions for tomorrow’s problems. The company’s solutions power next-generation Mobility, Connected Services, IoT, Cloud, Security consulting, and services.
The journey started in 2017 as VDart digital has grown bigger and better with Dimiour, expanding technology solutions. Mohamed Irfan Peeran, Managing director of Dimiour, shared about the journey and path it is heading to transform the digital industry across all mediums.
Vouch
The new generation of product solutions is revolutionizing the market with crucial technology transformations across industries. Tony Maley, the co-founder of Vouch, shared the story and how they are creating a next-gen, identity-first security platform that builds on blockchain technology to provide secure verifiable trust in today’s hyper-connected world.
Trustpeople
Trustpeople was born right in the middle of the pandemic and is a leading and best-in-class service provider of Customer Service/Call Center workforce solutions to the world’s top Fortune 500 companies.
Today, Trustpeople touches the life of 3000 people every month. David Sexton, Director for
Client Accounts shared how Truspeople delivers with precision for our clients.
VDart’s Special Guest – Nedra Dickson
For this year’s RNR, we hosted Nedra Dickson, Managing Director and Global Supplier Inclusion & Sustainability Lead, for Accenture. She was amazed by the hospitality of VDart and truly believed in our journey of driving change and leading with purpose.
Furthermore, she also addressed that a purpose-driven organization can thrive and be an example of driving change in the community rather than being completely focused on profitability, which will eventually have no value.
VDart has always acknowledged purpose over profit and is intentional in our actions to serve with purpose, which has contributed to our growth and success.
Sustainability and How Purpose-driven companies thrive
We have integrated Sustainability into all aspects of our operations and have adopted the 10 UNGC principles like human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption. We are committed to operating responsibly and in alignment with universal sustainability principles. VDart takes action to support society and reports to the UN Global Compact annually on our ongoing efforts.

Global Women Leadership Initiative (GWLI)
At VDart, we constantly invest in the development of our people. And we have always encouraged, promoted, and supported women at VDart to excel in leadership roles with our GWLI.
The members of the GWLI team joined for a panel discussion on how VDart supports women’s initiatives, moving to leadership roles across the organization, and helping women to be an example in the community.
Future Forward
Our leadership team took to the stage to discuss what’s next for the VDart Group of companies. They shared how our strategic plans are built to keep pace with the ever-evolving technology landscape.
Learning & Development
Learning & Development is critical to the success of our people and the organization. VDart Group has a focus on technology and technology services. With the rate of change in the tech sector, our employees must stay up to date on the latest trends and initiatives.
Our expert panelists from the Learning & Development team further discussed the importance of being a learning organization and how at VDart, we help push boundaries to create a better environment for our employees and help close the knowledge gap that hinders development.
