Corporate Citizenship Council
We have put together a corporate citizenship council consisting of 9 members across different domains of the organization who come together to make our future goals and vision for sustainability possible. We made sure the team was from diverse domains to consider different perspectives and develop the best plans and roadmaps for success. With such diversity, we bridge the gap in communication between the organization and the community.
Cadence
The sustainable development plans go through the process of different stages of review, which is done on a monthly, half-yearly, and annual basis. Here ideas and processes are reviewed by the vice president along with the members of the committee every month. And later reviewed by the CEO and CFO on a half-yearly basis, and at the year-end, Accenture reviews it, and hence the status of work is reported.
