Learning Initiatives

They are specifically designed to overcome language and educational barriers and are closely monitored to ensure that the employees get the maximum benefits. VDart’s Employee Network Groups focus on bringing together colleagues with common interests. The networks are organization-wide and provide employee benefits in the form of education, support, networking, advocacy, and allyship with significant support from the management.
