Job Description

Manage and direct assigned information technology recruitment accounts; Manage and direct the recruiting resources and budget allocated towards assigned accounts; Communicate and collaborate with the company’s Project Managers on assigned accounts to understand the scope/technical requirements of current and upcoming client projects in order to create job descriptions and focus recruiting efforts towards positions that will satisfy project requirements; Interview and assess the technical expertise of applicants in order to identify, qualify and fulfill client requirements for assigned technical client projects; Research the salary scales for IT positions in local, regional and national markets; Utilize salary research in order to recommend commensurate salary scales for newly authorized positions; Evaluate current recruiting/hiring strategies and devise and develop new recruiting guidelines and protocols; Establish and foster relationships with local, regional and national IT recruiters; Ensure that recruitment functions are managed in a manner consistent with company policies and procedures.


Job Requirements

Four years of experience in the job offered or as a Recruitment Manager in the IT field.  Any suitable combination of education, experience or training consistent with the stated requirements will be accepted.
