IGNITE - Program for Emerging Leaders by VDart

IGNITE is an exclusive Leadership Training program designed to transform first-level emerging Leaders, fostering their growth and nurturing them into exceptional leaders within our organization. It reflects our commitment to investing in our most valuable asset – our people. The program offers a comprehensive and immersive experience, unlocking the full potential of our emerging leaders.

  1. Be Punctual: Arrive on time for all sessions, while taking breaks and performing activities. Punctuality sets a positive tone and demonstrates respect for everyone’s time.
  2. Active Participation:  Engage actively in all discussions, activities, and exercises. Share your insights, ask questions, and contribute to group activities.
  3. Open-Mindedness:  Approach the program with an open mind. Be receptive to new ideas and perspectives, even if they challenge your existing beliefs.
  4. Respectful Communication:  Practice active listening and respect others’ opinions. Be mindful of your tone and body language during interactions.
